Health Track began as a studio experiment: can we build a credible wellness dashboard that respects how people actually collect data on phones and watches? The live demo connects to Health Connect on Android, ingests steps, heart rate, sleep and related signals, and presents them in charts and tables you can explore without installing a fictional dataset.
When you open the demo you interact with real sync flows, date ranges and summaries — useful if you are evaluating us for a corporate wellness pilot, a coaching app or a research-friendly export tool. You see how we handle permissions, partial days, time zones and empty states before we talk about HIPAA, clinical claims or hardware partnerships.
The product story is intentionally scoped. We are not building a medical device or competing with full fitness platforms. Health Track shows how a focused MVP presents connected health data with clear UX, typed APIs and a path to stricter compliance if your project requires it.
